depuis / pendant / il y a / pour：同样是「三年」，到底用哪个

同一个「3 ans」换个词意思全变:depuis(还在继续,配现在时)、pendant(已结束的时长)、il y a(3年前,一个点)、pour(计划中的时长)。含 depuis 配现在时的头号坑 + ça fait…que 改写。
一句话区分
中文都说「三年」，法语用哪个词，取决于这三年跟现在是什么关系：

同一个 3 ans，换个词意思完全不同 —— 这就是它最坑的地方。
头号坑：depuis 要配现在时 ⚠️
英语说 I have been learning French for 3 years（现在完成进行时）， 中文说「我学了三年了」（像过去），法语两个都不跟——用现在时：

J'ai appris le français depuis 3 ans. - ✅ J'apprends le français depuis 3 ans.
逻辑很简单：动作还在继续，所以用现在时。同理：
- J'habite ici depuis 2020.（我 2020 年就住这儿了，还住着）
- Il travaille chez nous depuis 6 mois.
过去的持续则配未完成时：J'habitais là depuis 2 ans quand j'ai déménagé.
depuis 后面跟什么都行
- 时间点：depuis 2020 · depuis mars · depuis lundi · depuis mon arrivée
- 时段：depuis 3 ans · depuis 6 mois
（pendant 和 pour 只跟时段，不跟时间点。）
il y a 有两个意思，别混 ⚠️

加分：三种说法其实一个意思
「我学法语 3 年了」有三种等价说法，口语最爱用 ça fait：
- J'apprends le français depuis 3 ans.
- Ça fait 3 ans que j'apprends le français. ← 口语最常用
- Il y a 3 ans que j'apprends le français.
注意：
il y a 3 ans que + 现在时= 持续 3 年（≠il y a 3 ans单用 = 3 年前）。
加分：depuis 的否定句改用复合过去时
肯定用现在时，但「多久没做某事」用复合过去时：
- Je n'ai pas vu Paul depuis 3 ans.（我三年没见 Paul 了）
- Je n'ai pas fumé depuis un an.
