Question 1

Is HiTCF an official platform?

Accepted Answer

No. HiTCF is an independently operated third-party practice platform with no affiliation to France Éducation international or IRCC. Practice questions are compiled from publicly available materials and formatted to match TCF Canada, but are not actual exam questions.

Question 2

What can I do with the free version?

Accepted Answer

The free version gives you access to all listening + reading test sets, with 5 questions and 3 detailed explanations per day in practice mode, plus free sample sets that don't count against the daily quota. Free forever.

Question 3

What are the benefits of Pro?

Accepted Answer

Unlock all 7,800+ questions (1,800+ sets), including exam mode, wrong answer notebook, speed drill, vocabulary tools, flashcard review, dictation, Anki export, and express exam seat alerts. Sign up for a 3-day speaking & writing trial (AI speaking practice and essay grading); listening and reading aren't included and stay on the free sample sets plus 5 questions a day. Subscribe when ready.

Question 4

Can you guarantee I’ll reach CLB 7+?

Accepted Answer

No. HiTCF provides a practice environment aligned with TCF Canada to help you identify and improve weak areas. However, actual scores depend on many factors — we do not promise any exam results.

Question 5

How do I practice speaking and writing?

Accepted Answer

Speaking: built-in AI examiner conversation with pronunciation scoring, supporting full Tâche 1, 2 and 3 simulations. Writing: AI scoring on 6 criteria with sentence-by-sentence corrections. Pro members only.

Question 6

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

Full refund within 24 hours of first payment (one-time only). Simply email support@hitcf.com — processed within 3 business days.

Question 7

What makes the HiTCF Curated bank special?

Accepted Answer

HiTCF Curated is our own original question bank with extremely low overlap with publicly-circulated TCF material — the "Overlap n%" badge on each card shows exactly how much a given set overlaps with public banks, and the lower it is, the more fresh content you're getting. Every question is built to match TCF Canada's question types, point weighting, and difficulty distribution, and comes with sentence-level translations, sentence-level audio timestamps, AI explanations, and error analysis. Covers A1 through C2 and is fully unlocked with Pro.
